Terms and Conditions — 345bet Platform Rules

1 General Terms

345bet operates the online gaming platform available at 345bet.plus. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo and other gaming products. All transactions on 345bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules published for specific products or promotions, form the complete agreement between 345bet and each registered player. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these general terms, the specific product rule will take precedence for that product only.

345bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The platform is available in English. All official communications, terms and promotional materials are published in English and Pakistani Rupees. Players are responsible for understanding the content before acting on it.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 345bet platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or participate in any game or promotion on 345bet.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use 345bet.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

345bet may request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 345bet only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You must notify 345bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 345bet will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification without explicit approval from 345bet support.

345bet reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or verification failures. Where an account is closed due to player breach, any balance held may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 345bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 345bet balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 345bet does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds are held in PKR and used for betting and gaming on the platform.

345bet reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any deposit where fraud is suspected or where the payment does not comply with these terms. Any deposit made using fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure and referral for investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 345bet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to platform policy. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Players must have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified or that are linked to fraudulent activity will be declined and the funds may be forfeited. 345bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses & amp; Promotions

345bet offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins and event-based offers tied to cricket tournaments, PSL seasons and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to terms that are published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• 345bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the accounts closed.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering conditions unless stated otherwise.

Players who abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended. 345bet's decision on bonus disputes is final.

7 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 345bet covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, test matches and domestic tournaments), football, esports and other markets. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 345bet does not cancel or amend accepted bets at player request except in cases of a clear system error.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 345bet reserves the right to void any affected bets at any odds and settle at the correct price.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event and per day, as displayed on the betting platform.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed by 345bet at any time during an event without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules for that specific market, as published in the betting section.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR balance within the timeframe stated for that event.

345bet reserves the right to limit, restrict or close any betting market at its discretion. Suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, syndicate activity or any form of betting fraud will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of related bets and forfeiture of winnings.

8 Casino & Slot Games

The 345bet casino includes live dealer games, slot titles, bingo and other gaming products. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are not guaranteed on any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes refunded to your balance. Partially completed rounds that cannot be verified will not be paid.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the live game and are final.
• Jackpot prizes are subject to the specific jackpot game rules published by the game provider.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345bet platform. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
